Do you ship overseas?
We ship worldwide with UPS.

How long will it take to receive my order?
90% of orders are dispatched and received next day. If you have a larger order quantity it may take a day or so to be completed In our warehouse, this will be discussed with you when the order is placed.

What courier services do you use?
UPS. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders.

Does the product come with a warranty?
All products come with warranty. (The warranty period can vary depending on the brand but most are either 1 year or 2 year).

How does my product work?
Our aim is to provide simple, fast, stylish and cheaper mobile broadband devices, meaning you can browse online whenever and wherever you are. Product setup is quick and can be completed in just a few steps, however this will vary depending on the product:

All our devices come UNLOCKED so you can use any Data Sim/network provider of your choice. We recommend to find which network has the best signal strength in your area, so your device achieves the best connection and speeds. Our go to Networks are: GiffGaff, Sky and Smarty.
